VIRGINIA ACTS OF ASSEMBLY -- CHAPTER
An Act to amend the Code of Virginia by adding sections numbered 58.1-3650.804, 58.1-3650.805, and 58.1-3650.806, designating certain property to be exempt from taxation.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding sections numbered 58.1-3650.804, 58.1-3650.805, and 58.1-3650.806 as follows:

§ 58.1-3650.804. Property of American Type Culture Collection.

A. American Type Culture Collection, a nonprofit organization, is hereby designated as a religious, charitable and benevolent organization within the context of Section 6 (a) (6) of Article X of the Constitution of Virginia.

B. Property located in Prince William County, which is owned by American Type Culture Collection and used by it exclusively for religious, charitable and benevolent purposes on a nonprofit basis as set forth in subsection A of this section, is hereby determined to be exempt from local taxation.

§ 58.1-3650.805. Property of Lakeview Swim Club, Inc.

A. Lakeview Swim Club, Inc., a nonprofit corporation, is hereby designated as an organization providing a public park and playground within the context of Section 6 (a) (6) of Article X of the Constitution of Virginia.

B. Property located in Fairfax County at 5352 Gainsborough Drive and identified by Fairfax County Tax Map Number 69-3, ((5)), Parcel M, which is owned by Lakeview Swim Club, Inc., and used by it exclusively for public park and playground purposes on a nonprofit basis as set forth in subsection A of this section, is hereby determined to be exempt from local taxation.

§ 58.1-3650.806. Property of Rainbow Center 4-H Therapeutic Equestrian Program, Inc.

A. Rainbow Center 4-H Therapeutic Equestrian Program, Inc., a nonprofit organization, is hereby designated as a religious, charitable and benevolent organization within the context of Section 6 (a) (6) of Article X of the Constitution of Virginia.

B. Property located in Prince William County, which is owned by Rainbow Center 4-H Therapeutic Equestrian Program, Inc., and used by it exclusively for religious, charitable and benevolent purposes on a nonprofit basis as set forth in subsection A of this section, is hereby determined to be exempt from local taxation.
