Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding a section numbered 33.1-251.1 as follows:

§ 33.1-251.1. Tolls applicable to motorcycles.

To the extent not otherwise provided in any bond indenture applicable to the facility, no motorcycle using any toll facility in the Commonwealth shall be charged an increased or additional toll for use of that facility because the motorcycle is equipped with a sidecar, towing a trailer, or equipped with a sidecar and towing a trailer.
