Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding in Article 9 of Chapter 9 of Title 5.1 a section numbered 5.1-152 as follows:

§ 5.1-152. Imposition of certain landing fees prohibited.

No county, city, town, authority, other political subdivision of the Commonwealth, or airport operator shall charge or collect any landing fee on any aircraft or its operation when providing intrastate air service connecting two or more licensed Virginia airports.
