RESOLVED by the House of Delegates, That when the House adjourns today, it adjourn in honor of General Robert Edward Lee, whose birthday was January 19, 1807, General Thomas Jonathan (Stonewall) Jackson, whose birthday was January 21, 1824, and Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., whose birthday was January 15, 1929.
