RESOLVED by the House of Delegates, That the House confirm the following nominations by the Speaker to the House Ethics Advisory Panel made in accordance with § 2.1-639.42 of the Code of Virginia:

The Honorable John D. Hooker, P. O. Box 394, Sunset Drive, Stuart, Virginia 24171, for a term of four years, beginning July 1, 1999, to succeed himself; and

The Honorable Jerry H. Geisler, P. O. Box 516, Hillsville, Virginia 24343, for a term of four years, beginning July 1, 1999, to succeed himself.
