992434316Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. § 1. No otherwise eligible business shall be barred from participation in any highway sign program, administered by the Virginia Department of Transportation, that displays the symbols, emblems, or logotypes of businesses offering food, fuel, lodging, information, or other products and services to the traveling public solely because the only access to such business is via a service or frontage road along a highway in the primary system of state highways.
