1999 SESSION
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. § 1. That the City of Hampton may by ordinance enact rules and conditions for persons to anchor and moor vessels, as defined in § 29.1-700, on the waters of the City of Hampton in order to prevent blight and to promote tourism and economic development. Such ordinance shall not impose a fee or charge to moor or anchor any vessel.
