VIRGINIA ACTS OF ASSEMBLY -- CHAPTER An Act to repeal Chapter 261 of the 1938 Acts of Assembly, as amended, requiring sheriffs and their deputies in Buchanan County to wear uniforms or some form of insignia while in the performance of their duties. [H 2171] Approved

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That Chapter 261 of the 1938 Acts of Assembly, as amended, is repealed.
