Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. § 1. Virginia Route 28 between Virginia Route 7 and Interstate Route 66 in Loudoun and Fairfax Counties is hereby designated “Charles L. Waddell Boulevard.” The Department of Transportation shall place and maintain appropriate markers indicating this designation. This designation shall not affect any other designation heretofore or hereafter applied to this highway or any portion thereof.
