990481203Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. § 1. The governing body of the Town of Vienna may by ordinance prohibit the operation of a motor vehicle at a speed of twenty miles an hour or more in excess of the applicable maximum speed limit in a residence district. In adopting an ordinance pursuant to the provisions of this section, the governing body may provide that any person who violates the provisions of the ordinance shall be subject to a mandatory civil penalty of $100, not subject to suspension.
