999744400Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. § 1. It is unlawful, in Dickenson County, for any person to hunt, shoot, or kill any anterless deer; however, a person may kill anterless deer that are damaging his property if authorization is obtained under § 29.1-529.
§ 2. Any person who violates this section is guilty of a Class 3 misdemeanor.
