Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding a section numbered 46.2-746.2:1 as follows:

§ 46.2-746.2:1. Special license plates; members of the 82^nd Airborne Division Association.

On receipt of an application therefor and presentation of written evidence that the applicant is a member of the 82^nd Airborne Division Association, the Commissioner shall issue to the applicant special license plates.
