CHAPTER 965 An Act to amend the Code of Virginia by adding a section numbered 32.1-324.2, relating to provider communication. [S 1186] Approved April 7, 1999

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding a section numbered 32.1-324.2 as follows:

§ 32.1-324.2. Director to facilitate communication.

In carrying out his duties under this chapter, the Director shall report to the Governor and members of the General Assembly the activities of facilitating communication between the Department and providers and recipients of health care services.
