CHAPTER 728 An Act to repeal § 32.1-329 of the Code of Virginia, relating to recapture of nursing home depreciation. [H 2004] Approved March 28, 1999

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That § 32.1-329 of the Code of Virginia is repealed.

2. That the provisions of this act shall become effective on July 1, 2000.
