A copy of the notice shall be served upon the tenant in accordance with this chapter. The notice shall describe the acts of the guest or invitee which are the basis of the landlord's action. The tenant may file a tenant's assertion in the general district court requesting the court to review the notice given to the tenant's guest or invitee in accordance with §§ 55-248.30 and 55-248.47.
