We, the conferees, appointed by the respective bodies to consider and report upon the disagreeing vote on House Bill No. 2012, report as follows:
A. We recommend that the Senate Amendment be rejected.
We recommend that the engrossed bill be amended as follows to resolve the matter(s) under disagreement.
1. Page 1, engrossed, line 16, after gathering,
strike
the remainder of line 16, all of lines 17, 18 and 19
insert
and such conduct results in bodily injury to another person, he shall be guilty of a Class 6 felony. If such conduct does not result in bodily injury to another person, he shall be guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor.
