Nothing contained herein shall prohibit a school official or resource officer from being able to order the removal of any clothing article if there is reasonable suspicion to believe that contraband, weapons, or illegal drugs are being hidden by a clothing article. The removal of clothing shall be witnessed by a school employee of the same sex as the student.
