     Senator Edwards stated that he had he been in his seat when the
vote was taken on agreeing to enter a Protest into the Journal on
S.B. 4005, he would have voted yea.
     Senator Woods stated that she was recorded as not voting on the
question of agreeing to enter a Protest on the Journal, whereas she
intended to vote yea.
