RESOLVED by the House of Delegates, the Senate concurring, That a committee be appointed, composed of six on the part of the House of Delegates and four on the part of the Senate, to notify the Governor that the 1998 Special Session of the General Assembly is duly organized and ready to receive any communication he may desire to make.
