SUMMARY:
Memorializing Congress; U.S. troops under U.S. command. Memorializes Congress not to authorize funding for military purposes not authorized by Congress and not exclusively under U.S. command. Specifically, Congress is urged to refuse authorization for any military activity controlled by the United Nations or other such organization, unless there is clear understanding and agreement that U.S. forces will serve only under U.S. command.
