SUMMARY:
CFIDS Awareness Day. Designates May 12 as Chronic Fatigue and Immune Dysfunction Syndrome (CFIDS) Awareness Day in the Commonwealth. CFIDS is a serious and complex illness, characterized by incapacitating fatigue (experienced as profound exhaustion and extremely poor stamina), that affects over 500,000 people in the United States. Currently, neither a cause nor a cure has been found for this illness.
