SUMMARY:

Study; Access to juvenile court proceedings. Requests the Office of the Executive Secretary of the Virginia Supreme Court, in consultation with the Association of District Court Clerks and with assistance from the Commission on Youth, to study alternative means of ensuring that court practices and procedures ensure meaningful public access, including sufficient advance notice, to juvenile court proceedings involving serious juvenile offenders.
