Study; Continuing Joint Subcommittee Studying the Status and Needs of African-American Males in Virginia. Continues the joint subcommittee's study on African-American males in the Commonwealth. The joint subcommittee is requested to continue its examination of the critical issues and conditions of such males and to recommend appropriate solutions to ameliorate the problems affecting such persons.
