Study; Free clinics. Requests the State Health Department, in cooperation with other appropriate public and private entities, to study opportunities for state agencies to support Free Clinics and the Virginia Association of Free Clinics in order to provide greater access to health care for Virginia's low-income, uninsured, and medically underserved population.
