SUMMARY:

Health insurance for small employers. Directs the Joint Commission on Health Care, in cooperation with the Bureau of Insurance, the Virginia Economic Development Partnership, the Virginia Chamber of Commerce, the Virginia Hospital and HealthCare Association, the Virginia Association of Health Maintenance Organizations, and the Department of Personnel and Training, to study various issues regarding pooled purchasing arrangements for health insurance for small employers, community health centers, and free clinics.
