SUMMARY:

Claims; Settle, Kenneth J., and family. Provides for the payment of $100,000, plus up to $40,000 to cover litigation expenses, to Kenneth J. Settle, Sr., Dana Powell-Settle, Dana L. Settle, and Kenneth J. Settle, Jr. Mr. Settle, his wife, and their two minor children were injured when an ambulance, running a red light at a high rate of speed, struck their vehicle in an intersection. At trial, the ambulance driver was provided sovereign immunity against his negligent actions.
