SUMMARY:

Freedom of Information Act; release of tax and employment information. Authorizes the Virginia Employment Commission to release information to any agency or political subdivision of the Commonwealth for the purpose of collecting fines, penalties and costs. A violation of the confidentiality restrictions on the use of this information is punishable as a Class 2 misdemeanor.
