SUMMARY:
Attorney General's power to prosecute environmental crimes. Provides the Attorney General the authority to, with the concurrence of the local attorney for the Commonwealth, prosecute crimes related to violations of the Commonwealth's laws regarding air pollution, the Virginia Waste Management Act, the State Water Control Law and related offenses. Identical to HB 628.
