SUMMARY:
Incorporation of Virginia Code by local ordinance; prefix. Authorizes law-enforcement personnel to charge individuals under local ordinances which parallel state law by listing the Virginia Code provision on the document and prefixing the statute with "L" or "LOCAL." The bill also corrects an erroneous internal cross-reference.
