SUMMARY:

Commercial vehicles on interstate highways. Exempts commercial vehicles being used for interstate highway maintenance or construction work from the law limiting commercial vehicles to the two right-most lanes of interstate highways with three or more lanes in each direction and speed limits of 65 mph or more.
