SUMMARY:

State correctional facilities; religious services. Allows a designee of the Director (who must be a state employee) to make arrangements for religious services for prisoners. If this responsibility is delegated to an individual or group by contract or memorandum of understanding, the final authority for arrangements shall reside with the Director or his designee.
