SUMMARY:
Alcoholic beverage control; application for licenses; local objection to license applications. Upon submission by a local governing body of an objection to the granting of a license to any applicant when the building, place or room where he proposes to engage in such business is within 1,000 feet of a public, private, or parochial school, there shall be a presumption that the operation of such business under such license will adversely affect or interfere with the normal, orderly conduct of the affairs of such school.
