SUMMARY:

Preneed funeral contracts. Clarifies that the creation of an irrevocable inter vivos trust for the purpose of paying the grantor's funeral and burial expenses is allowable, notwithstanding the requirement that the purchaser be refunded all consideration paid or delivered pursuant to a preneed funeral contract with any interest or income accrued if the contract is terminated within 30 days of execution.
