SUMMARY:
Unlawful filming, videotaping or photographing of another. Provides that a prosecution of unlawful videotaping, etc., of another may be instituted within five years following the commission of the act of making the film, videotape or photograph which is the subject of the prosecution (rather than the current one year from the date of the offense itself).
