SUMMARY:
Concealed weapons. Provides that retired law-enforcement officers who are exempt from the need to obtain a permit in order to carry a concealed weapon, are nonetheless considered to be permit holders for purposes of applying the reciprocity provisions. A copy of proof of exemption is to be kept on file at VCIN (Virginia Criminal Information Network).
