SUMMARY:

Motor vehicle dealers. Requires manufacturers to offer to their same line-make franchised dealers all models manufactured for that line-make and prohibits manufacturers' requiring that dealers pay extra fees, remodel their facilities, or purchase "unreasonable" advertising displays or other materials in order to receive a model or a series of vehicles.
