SUMMARY:

Alcoholic beverage control; wine licenses. Grants to holders of a wholesale wine license the same privilege currently held by beer wholesalers to sell and deliver wine to owners of boats registered under the laws of the United States sailing for ports of call of a foreign country or another state. This bill is identical to HB 458.
