SUMMARY:
Driving under the influence; penalty. Makes a third offense of driving under the influence committed within 10 years of the first punishable as a Class 6 felony. The minimum, mandatory fines and terms of confinement remain the same. The current penalty for this offense is a Class 1 misdemeanor.
