SUMMARY:
Payment of fines, etc., to clerks. Allows any circuit court clerk to use his discretion to accept credit cards for the payment of fines and costs. Currently, only those clerks of the circuit courts named in the Code section have such discretion. This bill is identical to House Bill 1045.
