SUMMARY:

Compensation of the members of the General Assembly and their staff. Directs the Joint Rules Committee to examine the salary and allowances of members of the General Assembly. The base salary of members of the General Assembly has not been increased since 1988. The subject matter of HJR 166 was incorporated into this resolution prior to passage.
