SUMMARY:

Study; Uniform Commercial Code Revised Article 2B. Establishes a joint subcommittee to draft legislation for the 1999 Virginia General Assembly Session which considers and implements Uniform Commercial Code Revised Article 2B passed by the National Conference of Commissioners on Uniform State Laws and the American Law Institute. The resolution is a recommendation of the Joint Commission on Technology and Science. Referred by Speaker's letter to the Joint Subcommittee on Technology and Science to conduct the study, with technical assistance requested of CIT.
