Study; Child support. Establishes a nine-member joint subcommittee to study the administration and policies of the Division of Child Support Enforcement regarding, in particular, identification and whereabouts of parents, collection and disbursement of funds, and communications with clients. Referred by Speaker's letter to the House Appropriations Committee, requesting that its Health and Human Resources Subcommittee to conduct the study.
