SUMMARY:

Study; Lifetime caps in health insurance policies. This resolution would have established a joint subcommittee to study lifetime and aggregate dollar lifetime limits in health insurance policies and the effects these caps have on health insurance coverage for families in Virginia. However, the resolution was passed by indefinitely in lieu of a letter from the Speaker to the House Corporations, Insurance and Banking Committee to conduct the study.
