SUMMARY:

Study; Compensation for state employees. This resolution would have established a joint subcommittee to study ways to implement Virginia's pay for performance plan for state employees. However, the resolution was passed by indefinitely in lieu of a letter from the Speaker to the House Appropriations Committee, requesting that it conduct the study and hold public hearings as a part of its deliberations.
