SUMMARY:

Study; Unauthorized public disclosure of autopsy and medical examination records. This resolution would have established a joint subcommittee to study the adequacy of current law to protect autopsy and medical examination records from unauthorized public disclosure. However, the resolution was passed by indefinitely in lieu of a letter from the Speaker to the House Courts Committee to conduct the study.
