SUMMARY:
Automated external defibrillators; cardiac arrest. Requests the Virginia Department of Health and the Office of Emergency Medical Services to encourage EMS first responder units and ambulances to obtain automated external defibrillators, become trained in the use of this equipment and work with their local Health Association to raise the funds to achieve these goals.
