SUMMARY:

Securities industry. Requests the Division of Securities of the Virginia State Corporation Commission to study the adequacy of licensing and registration requirements applicable to individuals working in the securities industry. The resolution specifically requests the Division to examine practices and policies affecting the licenses and benefits of individuals seeking to retire from or change employment within the industry.
