SUMMARY:

Study; Tax collection practices. This resolution would have established a joint subcommittee consisting of thirteen members (nine legislative, three nonlegislative and one ex officio) to examine the Commonwealth's tax collection practices. However, the resolution was passed by indefinitely in lieu of a letter from the Speaker to the House Finance Committee to conduct the study.
