SUMMARY:

Study; Feasibility of establishing a community development authority to assist in the development of the Coalfields Expressway. This resolution would have established a nine-member joint subcommittee to study the feasability of establishing a community development authority to assist in the development of the Coalfields Expressway. However, the resolution was passed by indefinitely in lieu of a letter from the Speaker to the House Transportation Committee to conduct the study.
