SUMMARY:
Alcoholic beverage control; licenses. Authorizes the issuance of a museum license to nonprofit museums exempt from taxation under § 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code, and sets forth the privileges of the license. The bill also sets out the state and local taxes on this new license.
